And below are the details of our return and refund policy:

·       All items must be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached and Aswaq invoice within (15) calendar days of receiving date.

·       To benefit from return & exchange services the original invoice is required to be available with the original package.

 

Electronics Exchange:

All electronics should be returned with unused condition, sealed & original package. In case there is a manufacturing defect, the product should be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery to exchange it otherwise it will be fixed using the warranty card.

 

Faulty goods:

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

 

Exchange Defective Item:

Aswaq.com will replace devices with a manufacturing defect (non-software) with a similar item within three (3) days of receiving date based on the following condition & considering stock availability:

1.     The device must be free of scratches or signs of misuse.

2.     Original packaging along with the box, user manuals and accessories must be returned with the device.

3.     A technical report from the Authorized Service Center might be required prior to replacement.

 

The Items that Cannot be Returned:

Due to product limitations and hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

1.     Underwear/Lingerie.

2.     Swimwear.

3.     Beauty & Fragrances.

4.     Skin Care and Grooming.

5.     Books, Music albums, Video Game & Prepaid Cards.

6.     FMCG.

 

You can return the above products within (24) hours from receiving time only if you receive it with wrong description, color, size or manufacturing defect.

 

 

Easy Return & Collection Process

To proceed with the return, you can simply request the return via our application using your account dashboard by filling the needed information, or contact our customer care team using our different channels and sending an email to info@aswaq.com to do the needful.

 

We do pickups by our courier Company in Saudi Arabia. The logistic team will arrange for the pickup of the requested returned items to be done within (3) working days with FREE pickup fees.

 


Order Cancellation

After you placed the order at Aswaq.com you can cancel it if you changed your mind by hitting the cancellation button at your order dashboard so we can procced with the cancellation before shipping the order.

If the order got shipped and the tracking number has been issued by our courier company you can simply receive it then benefit from our return or exchange policies. 

 

 

Refund Policy:

 

Returned Orders:

Once the order is returned and received by our fulfillment team, refund procedures will start as detailed below based on the order payment method.

 

For returned and cancelled orders, we typically refund your order through store credit as a default refund option. Upon request, we can also do refunds as per the original payment method.

 

1.     Credit Card:

Upon request, we can organize a refund to your credit card statement. This process takes around (15) working days from request date.

 

2.     Paypal:

Upon request, we can organize a refund to your Paypal account. This process takes (15) working days from request date.

 

3.     Cash on Delivery (CoD):

In case of CoD, we will refund the amount at your Aswaq account as a store credit. You can use this store credit towards a future purchase or transfer it to your Bank account. 

·       For all wrong and defective items, we will proceed with full refund included cash on delivery and shipping fees.

·       For didn’t like or didn’t fit return reason we will refund the only the item amount after deducting the Shipping and Cash On delivery fees.
